Pour milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes, or until well blended. Gently stir in 1/2 cup of the whipped topping.
Spoon half of the berries evenly into 8 parfait glasses. Reserve 8 wafers for garnish. Stand 3 of the remaining wafers around the inside edge of each glass. Repeat layers with remaining berries and pudding mixture.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve. Top with remaining whipped topping and reserved wafers just before serving.
