Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Grease and line parchment , you can use a rectangle mold or any you like.
  3. CAKE
  4. In a large mixing bowl , sift together the flour, baking powder, sugar and grounded oatmeal.
  5. In a small mixing bowl combine the butter, milk, eggs , banana and finally the chocolate chips.
  6. Combine both mixtures, do not overmix.
  7. Pour batter into mold
  8. Bake until lightly golden, and a wooden toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean, about 30 min.
  9. DECORATION
  10. Pour some chocolate ganache over it, I grounded a chocolate cookie bar and just made a little decorations over it, . hope you like it is simple and delicious!
