Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soak dry chilies overnight in water, until soft. Remove seeds.
  2. Place chilies, garlic, onion, oil, oregano, cumin and pepper in a food processor and puree until smooth.
  3. In a medium baking dish, spread the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Refrigerate at least 1 hr., or up to 24 hours.
  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 5 min. per side or until done.
