Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute the chicken breasts, onion, and garlic in the oil on medium high heat.
  2. Once the chicken is no longer pink, add the coca cola, chipotle chiles and salt.
  3. Mix thoroughly and cover.
  4. Cook on medium for 20 minutes stirring often.
  5. I serve this with beans, rice, and sourcream. Enjoy!
