Chinese Noodle Salad

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz broccoli slaw mix (1 bag)
  • 13 oz slivered almonds
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/3 cup vinegar

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl mix together the noodles from the ramen packages, the slaw mix, almonds and sunflower seeds.
  2. In a smaller bowl mix the 2 seasoning packets from the ramen packages with the sugar, canola oil and vinegar.
  3. Pour dressing mix over the slaw/noodle mix.
  4. Let sit for a few hours.
  5. It will stay crunchy if you make it the night before.
