Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Rub the pieces of chicken with some salt.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the chicken when oil is hot.
  3. Toss chicken and set aside, keep the wok hot.
  4. Scramble the beaten eggs until done and broken into small pieces and add the garlic (you might need to add a bit more oil).
  5. Fry until a bit browned.
  6. Add the mixed veggies and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  7. Add chicken and rice.
  8. Add soy sauce, white pepper and salt. Mix well.
  9. Towards the end, add in the sesame oil and fry for another minute.
