Chinese Fried Brown Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 (3 oz) bags brown rice (10 min.'success' is what i used)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp (or chicken , ham , etc.)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)

Directions:

  1. Prepare rice according to directions and drain.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet.
  3. Add onion, saute a few minutes (5) and add eggs. Scramble.
  4. Stir in shrimp and rest of ingredients.
  5. Heat through.
  6. Enjoy!
