Chinese Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh gingerroot, finely chopped

Directions:

  1. Peel cucumbers.
  2. Slice thinly.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over cucumbers.
  4. Stir carefully.
  5. Chill.
