Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In small bowl, combine 2 tablespoon chimichurri seasoning mix and hot water. Let stand 15 minutes to rehydrate.
  2. Stir in olive oil, lemon zest, garlic and green onion.
  3. In mixing bowl, gently mix ground beef, chimichurri mixture and cheese. Form into four burgers. Arrange on hot grill and grill until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F (6-8 minutes), turning once.
  4. Spread mayonnaise on toasted buns. Arrange a burger on each bun bottom. Top with onion slices and leaf lettuce.
