Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 tsp each of;(or to your liking) salt, pepper, chili powder, paprika, garlic salt
  • 1 package of mild cheddar cheese
  • package of corn tortilla's

Directions:

  1. Brown hamburger & onion; add seasoning & tomato's (it will be alittle thick). Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish. Layer tortilla's, then hamburger mixture. (you will have two stacks). Sprinkle cheese on top and bake 350 for 30 minutes. Add a dallop of sour cream & salsa to each serving if desired.
