Ingredients:

  1. Cook hamburger, drain.
  2. Add taco seasoning.
  3. Add green chiles to taste.
  4. Add hot sauce to taste.
  5. Mix in cheddar til melted.
  6. Stir in sour cream and serve with tortilla chips.
  7. If you're really energetic and want a finger food, you can use Tostitos Scoops and fill each one then top with additional grated cheese and bake at 300 for about 10 minutes.
