Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef and drain grease. Put back into a large dutch oven or stock pot. Add the tomatoes and the chili seasoning and bring to a boil. In a seperate pan, saute onion, green pepper and celery until soft, add the garlic for the last minute so it doesn't burn. Add this and all remaining ingredients to the beef and tomato mixture. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Serve.
