Ingredients:

  • 25 large tomatoes
  • 4 large onions
  • 2 1/2 cups vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp clove
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 bay leaves (optional)

Directions:

  1. Chop everything and cook slowly over a low flame or on low.
  2. Simmer until thick, and then seal in jars.
