Directions:

  1. Dice tomatoes, onions, green, sweet, and banana peppers and add to a large stock pot.
  2. Add vinegar, cumin, crushed garlic, and cilantro
  3. Simmer on low heat with lid on until desired consistency
  4. Dice jalapeno peppers
  5. Add jalapenos to salsa and cook to desired hotness. The longer the salsa is simmered the milder it will get.
