Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put all veg through food processor.
  2. Sprinkle a handful of salt on mixture and let set overnight.
  3. Next morning drain well.
  4. Put in a large pot and add vinegar to mixture; let stand for one hour.
  5. Add sugar and cook for 30 minutes.
  6. Mix 4 tablespoons of corn starch with a little water and stir into mixture to thicken; continue to cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat; stir in miracle whip.
  8. Pour into sterile bottles.
  9. Makes about 5 pint bottles.
