Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Trim fat and slash edges at 1 inch intervals.
  2. In bowl, combine dry ingredients. Stir in oil. Rub all over chops.(Can prepare a day ahead and refridgerate).
  3. Grease grill and cook until juices run clear. Approx 8 minutes.
