  1. .In a skillet cook ground beef until brown and down, drain fat. Add onions, chili seasoning packet, tomato paste and water, mix well. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to loe and simmer for 15 minutes, uncovered, stirring occasionally. Serve over tortilla chips and top with cheese, green onions and black olives.
