Ingredients:

  1. Simple
  2. Placee blocks of cream cheese and place in bowl or casserole dish.
  3. Top with chili
  4. Top with cheese
  5. Bake at 350 about 25 minutes or until as bubbly and brown you like the top/
  6. The first time I had this they microwaved it. It was just as delicious. I just like my cheese a little brown.
  7. I sometimes add sharp cheddar or monterey jack.
  8. You can mix and match any cheese.
  9. Serve with tortilla chips and salsa if you wish.
  10. I sometimes top it with sour cream on the side.
  11. I sometimes add tabasco to the chili or on top of the cheese.
  12. You can make this how ever you like.
