  1. Spread cream cheese onto bottom and up the side of a 9 microwaveable pie plate. Spread chili over the cream cheese. Sprinke with the cheese.
  2. Microwave on high 3 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips.
