  3. Spread the cream cheese evenly over the bottom of a medium baking dish.
  4. Spread can of chili on top of the cream cheese,
  5. Sprinkle dish with grated cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees or HIGH on microwave until cheese melts.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
