Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Split chiles lengthwise; rinse and remove seeds.
  2. Drain on paper towels; pat dry.
  3. Stuff chilies with cheese strips.
  4. Place half of chilies in a greased 11x7 inch baking dish;.
  5. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
  6. Repeat layers.
  7. In a small bowl, beat the eggs, milk, flour, salt, pepper and
  8. Pepper sauce until smooth; pour over chilies.
  9. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until.
  10. A knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  11. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
