Ingredients:

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 small white onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup water

Directions:

  1. Add the chiles in a sauce pan with the cup of water. Cover and bring to a rolling boil for 15 minutes.
  2. Pour the chiles and cooking liquid into the blender with the rest of the ingredients and blend on high for 5 minutes.
  3. Enjoy!
