Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place potato, cauliflower except 2 cups for later, carrot, garlic, onion, salt, and water in sauce pan.
  2. Bring to a boil and then simmer until everything is tender.
  3. Put everything in a blender and put back into a saucepan.
  4. Steam the rest of cauliflower until tender.
  5. Add cauliflower to the pureed and top with cheese.
