Chicken with Rosemary Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Between two sheets of plastic wrap, pound chicken breasts thin.
  2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  3. Lightly salt and pepper chicken, then dredge in flour.
  4. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add chicken and cook until light brown, about 3 minutes per side.
  6. Transfer chicken to glass baking dish.
  7. Add onions, garlic and rosemary to same skillet and cook until onions soften, stirring often for about 5 minutes.
  8. Add 1 T flour and stir for 2 minutes.
  9. Combine broth& milk and mix into onion mixture and stir until thick.
  10. Pour over chicken.
  11. Cover and bake until done, about 15 to 20 minutes.
