Ingredients:

  1. In a bowl mix together the soup with Worcestershire sauce and evaporated milk until well combined.
  2. Mix in the shredded cheese; set aside.
  3. Season the chicken breast with seasoned salt and black pepper.
  4. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add in the chicken breasts and cook for about 3 minutes on both sides or until nicely browned; remove to a plate.
  6. To the same skillet add in the onion and saute for about 3 minutes.
  7. Add in fresh garlic and cook for 2 minutes, then add in the mushrooms.
  8. Return the chicken to the skillet and pour the mushroom soup mixture over.
  9. Lift the chicken with a fork to coat in the sauce.
  10. Simmer uncovered over medium-low heat until the chicken is cooked completely (about 25-30 minutes).
  11. Season the sauce with more salt if desired.
