Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chicken
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Brush the chicken tenders with olive oil
  2. Toss the chicken tenders in the bread crumbs
  3. Bake
  4. Mix olive oil and balsamic vinegar w/garlic paste
  5. Dress chicken with vinaigrette
