Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix cream with cream cheese well so that there are no lumps and the mixture is smooth, set aside.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper over chicken pieces.
  3. Heat 1 tbs butter in a pan, add onion and cook until browned.
  4. Add the mushrooms and stir for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove the mushrooms and onions from pan.
  6. To the same pan, add 1 tbs butter, add garlic and chicken and stir fry on med heat for 4-5 mins til golden brown.
  7. Cook covered for 2-3 minutes til chicken is tender.
  8. Add ketchup and mustard, mix well for 2 minutes.
  9. Add flour and mix for a few seconds.
  10. Take pan off of heat, let cool for 1 minute.
  11. Add cream mixture, stirring with the other hand continuously, mix well.
  12. Return pan to heat, add chopped pepper.
  13. Keep on low heat for about 1 minute and remove just before it starts to boil.
