Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken backbones ( skinless ) , chopped into 3 piece each
  • 4 cup water
  • 3 tbsp carrot slices
  • 1 tsp ginger pwd
  • 1 tsp pepper pwd

Directions:

  1. Bring everything to boil in a stock pot .
  2. Simmer for 30 mins .
  3. Flavour it with spices and salt .
  4. Serve Piping HOT .
  5. Drain the oil if you don't like it .
