Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Marinate chicken, garlic, oil and black pepper for 30 minutes.
  2. Combine bread crumbs and cayenne pepper.
  3. Coat chicken pieces.
  4. Place on jelly roll pan sprayed with non-stick spray.
  5. Bake in 475º oven for 15 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
  6. Serve with BBQ sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
