Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup oatmeal
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Beat egg.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients.
  4. Roll into balls 3/4 inch in diameter.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes and turn.
  6. Bake five minutes more and remove from oven.
