Chicken Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 6 large potatoes , cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 (14 1/2 oz) cans low sodium chicken broth
  • garlic powder (optional)

Directions:

  1. Recipe can be halved.
  2. Combine ingredients in large saucepan.
  3. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  4. Drain, reserving broth.
  5. Add garlic powder, if you want, and then mash potatoes with as much broth as you like until you attain desired consistency.
