Directions:

  1. Combine onion, lime juice, oil, cumin and hot pepper sauce in a large bowl;
  2. Let stand 10 minutes, tossing occasionally, until onion starts to wilt.
  3. Add jicama, chicken, mango and cilantro; toss to mix and coat.
  4. Yields about 1 1/4 cups per serving
