Ingredients:

  • 2 1/3 cups bisquick
  • 2/3 cup milk , fat free
  • 8 cups water
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Boil chicken, skim fat off broth
  2. Bring broth to boil. add salt, pepper, garlic to taste
  3. Mix 2 1/4 cups bisquick w/ 2/3 cup ff milk in a bowl.
  4. Drop small spoonfuls of bisquick mix in boiling water.
  5. Boil 10 minutes, stir frequently
  6. Reduce heat, cook 10-15 more minutes, stirring frequently.
  7. Put on low heat, cover, and simmer until ready to eat.
