Ingredients:

  • 500 ml tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 500 ml chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup green pepper
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 3 cloves garlic

Directions:

  1. Heat up tomato sauce in a pot
  2. Add in cooked lean ground chicken
  3. Add spicies
  4. Chop veggies and add
  5. Simmer for about 10 minutes
