Healthy chicken chili... very filling! (Serving size is 1/2 cup of chili)
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast
500 ml tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp black pepper
500 ml red kidney beans
500 ml chickpeas
1/2 cup green pepper
1/2 cup onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp onion powder
Directions:
1. heat up tomato sauce in a pot
2. add in cooked lean ground chicken
3. add spicies
4. chop veggies and add
5. simmer for about 10 minutes
