Directions:

  1. Cook chicken strips or used diced breast off deli chicken. Fix Minute rice as directed. Combine chicken with 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and some milk to thin the mix and add cooked rice, stirring until rice is coated with soup. Sprinkle top with Italian bread crumbs and microwave 5 minutes or bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
