Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a large, heavy pan.
  2. Add flour, stirring constantly.
  3. When mixture reaches the boiling point, add milk, stirring constantly with a whisk.
  4. Heat until almost boiling, stirring constantly.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Place cooked chicken in a 9x13 baking pan.
  8. Place broccoli over chicken.
  9. Pour the white sauce over all.
  10. Sprinkle top with grated cheese.
  11. Cover baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
