Chicken Breast Stuffed with Feta, Spinach and Roasted Red Pepper

  1. Flatten boneless chicken breast between plastic wrap. Sprinkle flattened breast with lemon pepper and garlic powder.
  2. Place feta, roasted red pepper and chopped spinach on Chicken breast. Roll chicken breast into tube shape. Saute in olive oil until nicely browned. Approx. 6 minutes each side.
