Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Melt butter in saucepan.
  3. Cool enough to dredge chicken.
  4. Combine all crumb mixture ingredients in bowl and toss dredged chicken pieces.
  5. Put onto an ungreased cookie sheet into the oven for 15 - 20 minutes, turning after 8 minutes.
