Chicken & Basil Roll-ups with Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. First make your sauce and set aside at room-temp while the chicken is cooking.
  2. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees.
  3. Mix chopped basil and garlic and place 1 tablespoon on each chicken breast.
  4. In shallow bowl mix yogurt& mustard.
  5. In dish mix bread crumbs& cheese.
  6. Roll-up chicken to enclose basil& secure with tooth-pic.
  7. Dip in yogurt then bread/cheese mixture.
  8. Place on sprayed baking dish and drizzle with melted butter.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes and serve with a dollop of sauce.
