Chicken and Broccoli With Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups long grain rice
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 0.5 (10 oz) can milk
  • 1 1/2 cups broccoli

Directions:

  1. Bring water to a boil, stir in rice, and cook according to directions.
  2. Cook chicken in oil until brown.
  3. Stir in soup, milk, mustard and cheese.
  4. Add broccoli.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
  7. Pour over rice.
