Chicken and Broccoli in Alfredo Sauce with Pasta

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook the chicken. Then dice in to bite sized pieces. Saute the garlic in the butter, then add the broccoli. After a couple minutes add the light cream, the cornstarch the parmesan and the chicken stalk. This will make a creamy alfredo sauce.
  2. While the sauce is cooking boil water for the pasta. Add pasta once the water comes to a boil
  3. When the sauce is nice and thick add the chicken. Cook until warm. Serve over pasta. Makes 12 servings.
