Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Combine oregano, salt and pepper in a small dish.
  2. Rub seasonings into chicken. Arrange in a 13 by 9 inch baking dish.
  3. Blend together the olive oil and lemon juice. Pour over chicken pieces.
  4. Bake 40 minutes, until tender and cooked through.
