Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine in sauce pan,soup,caramels,brown sugar and ginger
  2. Heat until caramels are melted,stirring constantly
  3. Remove from heat,add a little of this mixture to the eggs stir,then add all the eggs to the mixture
  4. Add Almond Extract,stir,cool
  5. In pie shell arrange alternated layers of apples and sauce,ending with the apples
  6. Brush the apples that are on top with the melted butter
  7. Bake in a 350 degree oven
  8. 1 hour
  9. Cool
  10. Serve with whipped cream
