Cheesy Stove Top Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Start cooking the macaroni while you prepare the sauce to save time.
  2. Melt butter in a medium sauce pan.
  3. Whisk in flour.
  4. On medium-high heat, whisk in milk a little at a time.
  5. Continue to whisk til thick and bubbly.
  6. Do not allow to burn, turn down heat if sauce is cooking to fast to keep from burning.
  7. Whisk in mustard, salt and pepper.
  8. Reduce to medium heat, stir in cheeses.
  9. When melted and blended pour over cooked and drained macaroni.
  10. Taste, add more salt if needed.
  11. Mix and cook 1 or 2 minutes on medium heat.
  12. Serve.
