Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1. Use a shallow glass cake pan and melt butter on bottom in microwave.
  2. 2. Peel and slice potatoes to fill pan. Slice onions and mix with potatoes.
  3. 3. Mix one can of cream of chicken soup with sour cream and mix into potato mixture.
  4. 4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Season with garlic powder, season salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Bake uncovered at 350 until potatoes are cooked through – at least one hour. Serve
