Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella and basil in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Cook pasta until al dente, rinse with cold water and set aside.
  4. Heat the oil in the same pot over medium heat.
  5. Add the onion and cook stirring occasionally, until translucent.
  6. Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds more.
  7. Add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, rosemary, thyme and salt and pepper.
  8. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
  9. Remove from heat and add pasta.
  10. Add cottage cheese mixture and gently mix until combined.
  11. Spray a 9 by 13-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  12. Add the pasta to the dish, and top with remaining cheeses.
  13. Bake for 30 minutes.
