Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place chicken between 2 sheets of plastic wrap and flatten to 1/2 inch thickness using rolling pin.
  2. Combine tomatoes, 1 cup of mozzarella, stuffing mix, and basil in large bowl, mixing well. Set aside.
  3. Coat 13x9 baking dish with Pam. Set aside.
  4. Place about 1/2 cup of stuffing mix on each chicken breast and wrap breast over stuffing. Place chicken, seam side down, in prepared dish.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Preheat oven to 350. Uncover, and pour salad dressing over chicken and bake for 45-50 minutes or until cooked through. Sprinkle with reaming cheese,and bake 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
