Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. In large skillet coated with olive oil, brown meat, onion and green pepper.
  3. Drain, and add tomato sauce, brown sugar, mustard and black pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Place each biscuit in a sprayed muffin cup, pressing dough up sides, to the edge of cups.
  5. Evenly spoon mixture into the muffin cups.
  6. Bake 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Sprinkle the cheese and bake 2-3 minutes or until cheese has melted.
