Directions:

  1. Take a large pan and start heating 6-8 cups of water over high heat.
  2. Brown hamburger and onion together in a large skillet toss in mushrooms a few minutes before done, then drain and set aside.
  3. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees, add pasta to water if water is at a fast boil, cook according to instructions and then drain and set aside.
  4. Take a large pot and pour a small amount of spaghetti sauce into the bottom, enough to cover the bottom of the pot. Next layer your ingredients just as you would if you were making lasagna.
  5. Start with some of your ground beef, onion and mushroom mixture on top of the sauce, next a layer of pasta, follow with a layer of cheese, next a layer of sour cream.
  6. Keep following the layers in order until you reach the top, you should finish with a layer of meat, sauce and cheese on top.
  7. Cover and bake for 1 hour, taking lid off with 15 minutes to go so cheese is bubbly. Enjoy!
